Peter Fedak is an experienced composer, musician, and producer, having written for ensembles large and small. These include orchestras, brass ensembles, wind ensembles, percussion ensembles, jazz combos, rock bands, and electronic music. No genre is unfamiliar territory. After studying music business for a BM at NYU, taken classes in theory, composition and conducting at Juilliard College, and completing his Master’s Degree in immersive music, notation and scoring for Dolby Atmos at NYU, he is a proficient instrumentalist and arranger. A short list of his instructors include Agnieszka Roginska, Paul Geluso, Conrad Cummings, Jude Vaclavik, Alan Silverman, Dafna Naftali, and Kevin Killen.

Through his company, Extra Large, he has recorded orchestras, scored music for film, podcast theme songs, short videos and conducted sound design for sonic branding. Within the immersive audio space, he has created both binaural and multichannel surround experiences that entice the senses and elicit a deeper impact.

In the past, Peter worked for SYPartners on projects for Fortune 500 companies, such as JP Morgan Chase, Diligent, CVS, Cognizant, Hyatt, AARP, and Blackrock,. He is comfortable working with VIP level talent in producing high-quality results for executive-level ears.

As a musician, he has performed onstage with rock bands, jazz ensembles, blues bands, and experimental music duos. He’s performed for musical theater and in choirs for church concerts. His compositions have included experimental music for surround sound, using the Yamaha disklavier piano, as well as ambient and meditative pieces for organ, synthesizer, guitar and nature recordings.
